74. ročník odevzdávání Zlatých glóbů máme za sebou. Jaké jsou výsledky?
Dopadlo to zcela podle očekávání, ale to nic nemění na faktu, že jsme z La La Land nadšeni a Chazzelovi to nesmírně přejeme, stejně jako celému jeho týmu, hercům či Hurwitzovi. Ten se postaral o nádhernou hudbu, která vyhrála vedle dalších 6 kategoriích, pro které byl nejnovější režisérův počin nominován. Sošku si odnesli Ryan Gosling a Emma Stone, Hurwitz (za soundtrack i za titulní skladbu City of Stars), Chazelle za režii a scénář, no a La La Land se stal i nejlepší komedií/muzikálom. Moc překvapení se neurodilo. Nejlepším dramatem se stalo Moonlight, které v našich kinech budete hledat jen marně. Bodoval i Manchester by the Sea (Casey Affleck jako nejlepší herec v dramatu), drama Fences (Viola Davis získala ocenění za nejlepší herečku v dramatu) a mnohé další. Mírně zaujalo rozhodnutí určit za vítěze nejlepšího cizojazyčného filmu Elle místo Toniho Erdmana. Celkem jasné bylo i vítězství Zootopie v kategorii animáků. Překvapil nás však seriálový vítěz. The Crown porazilo Game of Thrones, Westworld nebo Stranger Things (plus všechny nenominované). Názor si utvořte sami. Oscaři budou letos pravděpodobně nudní, ale necháme se překvapit. Nominace budou vyhlášeny 24. ledna.
